About the show

The Hole Shebang (spelled H-O-L-E) is a weekly podcast for anyone living in a body that has changed through pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause or menopause, and for the clinicians who care for them. Kristen Parise has practised physiotherapy for more than 25 years and owns Blueberry Therapy Pelvic Health and Pediatrics in Dundas, Ontario. In each episode she talks with a researcher or clinician about one question people are usually told to live with: leaking, prolapse, painful sex, constipation, pelvic girdle pain, perimenopause symptoms, or a child's bladder and bowel problems.
