This page covers podcast.blueberrytherapy.ca only. The clinic website, the online shop and the clinic itself each have their own privacy practices. Patient records never touch this site.
What this site is
A listening page for The Hole Shebang podcast, run by Blueberry Therapy Pelvic Health and Pediatrics in Dundas, Ontario, and hosted on Cloudflare Pages. There are no accounts, no logins and no payments here. You can listen to every episode without telling us anything.
What we collect, and only when you choose to
- Newsletter sign-up. If you type your email address into the newsletter box, it goes to our episode service (a small program Blueberry Therapy runs on Cloudflare) and onto the Blueberry Therapy newsletter list. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to hello@blueberrytherapy.ca to be removed.
- Ask a question. If you send a question for the show, we receive the question, the topic you picked and, only if you choose to add them, your first name and email address. Questions may be read on air, so leave out anything you would not want said out loud. Anonymous is the default.
- Playback settings. The player remembers where you paused and how you set the display. That is stored in your own browser (local storage under the name shebang-state) and never leaves your device. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
What loads from other companies
When the page opens, your browser fetches pieces of it from services that see your IP address and basic connection details, as any website visit does:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and the episode service, and keeps standard security and traffic logs.
- Libsyn streams the episode audio and hosts episode transcripts.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, and unpkg supplies the code libraries that run the player.
Each has its own privacy policy. We do not set advertising cookies, we do not run ad tracking, and we do not sell or share listener information with anyone.
Health information
This site never asks for health information and never stores any. If you share health details in a question for the show, they are treated as a listener question, not as a clinical record. For care, book with the clinic directly or call 289-238-8383.
